About Me
As a child I was diagnosed with Human Growth Hormone Deficiency and self-administered daily injections. This experience shaped my perspective, and instilled in me a passion to improve pediatric care. I founded Empath Labs (formerly Sproutel) to improve the patient experience for children and change the the paradigm for pediatric care - empowering families and driving adherence to treatments - all through play!
Empath Labs is a full-service adherence agency, with deep expertise in pediatrics. We pair novel technological solutions with strategic support to design and implement solutions that drive medication compliance and empower patients. Over the past decade we've reached more than 130k children around the world.
Prior to Empath Labs, I co-founded Design for America. A non-profit organization focused on equipping the next generation of community-focused innovators with design thinking skills.
